Many people suffer from performance anxiety. When pressure to achieve is compounded by a situation where one can be watched or judged, it can play havoc with emotions. Exceptionally talented people are particularly susceptible. The expectation to perform at high levels puts a great deal of pressure on them.
Like Jell-O set in a mold, many people feel stuck in this pattern. You can reason with yourself, but if the anxiety has roots that are too deep, you can overcome it with techniques that reach deeper levels of the unconscious.

Public Speaking Anxiety

Panic attacks are fear of the fear. Many people experience panic attacks just once, or very infrequently, yet they find themselves in a constant state of dread. They either mentally repeat the memory of that situation and/or imagine it will happen again, hence the fear of the fear. This excessive worry that the situation is going to repeat itself is sometimes referred to as negative anticipation, pre-anxiety, or a pre-anxiety attack.

Panic/Anxiety Attack Symptoms
These can include hyperventilation (too much oxygen caused by breathing too rapidly) which in turn can lead to dizziness, tightness in the chest and shortness of breath. Panic almost invariably initiates an adrenal response which can cause sweating, feeling hot and disorientation.
Improve yourself in any personal area. Whether we go through life with ease or with great difficulty is, in part, based upon how we think and perceive our experiences of living. Hypnotherapy helps you access the beliefs formed by these experiences. These attitudes "live" below the level of awareness. Hypnosis helps you reach these deeper levels and lets you change them.
